Shipping policy

Our goods are usually sent by DHL Servicepoint or JetPak. For larger deliveries, we use DHL's other shipping products or PostNord company packages.  

We currently charge a shipping fee of SEK 50 for orders under SEK 499, orders over SEK 499 are free shipping for private individuals. For shipping outside Sweden, a shipping fee of at least SEK 150 will be charged. To Norway a maximum of SEK 150 for a private person. 

We try to send your package within 24 hours after we receive the order, delivery time with DHL is 1-3 days within Sweden. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

If you see damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the carrier and report a damage. If damage to the package is visible, do not pick it up, you may then have difficulty getting it replaced by the carrier. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package and the damage can be suspected to have occurred during handling during transport, contact us. If you have ordered and not picked up your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you SEK 250 for our work with handling the uncollected goods.
